Strong ties[править | править код]

Before you start ...

  • How did you spend your summer holiday?

During my summer holiday, I had a lot of fun and did many different things. I spent time with my family and friends, went on a trip, and enjoyed my hobbies. It was a great time!

I went on a trip with my family. We visited a beautiful beach and played in the sand and water. I built sandcastles and had a lot of fun swimming with my siblings. We also ate ice cream and enjoyed the sunshine.

I spent time with my friends. We went to the park, played games, and had picnics together. We laughed a lot and made some great memories. It was nice to relax and hang out with my friends during the break.

I pursued my hobbies. I love drawing, so I spent a lot of time sketching and painting. I also read some interesting books and watched movies. It was a chance for me to do the things I enjoy and relax.

  • How do you feel now that school is starting?

Now that school is starting again, I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I'm a little sad that the summer holiday is over. I will miss the free time and being able to do whatever I want. Waking up early and doing homework can be tough.

On the other hand, I'm excited to see my friends again. I missed them during the break, and I'm looking forward to sharing stories about our summers. I'm also excited to meet my new classmates and teachers. Learning new things and being back in a routine can be fun too.

Teen activities[править | править код]

Many teenagers in Russia enjoy spending time with friends, playing video games, participating in sports clubs, or pursuing various hobbies. Going to the movies, concerts, or cafes is also popular among teenagers. Some teenagers prefer engaging in creative activities such as drawing, painting, or playing musical instruments. It's essential for teens to find activities they enjoy and that allow them to express themselves.

Qualities in a friend[править | править код]

A good friend is someone who is supportive, listens attentively, and offers advice when needed. Trustworthiness is crucial, as teenagers often share personal thoughts and experiences with their friends. A sense of humor and the ability to have fun together are also important qualities in a friend. Ultimately, a true friend is someone who accepts you for who you are and stands by your side through thick and thin.

Teen fashion in the UK[править | править код]

British teen fashion is diverse and influenced by various trends. Many teenagers in the UK follow the latest fashion styles, but individuality is also encouraged. Streetwear, including hoodies, sneakers, and ripped jeans, is popular among British teens. They also embrace vintage and retro styles, incorporating elements from different eras into their outfits. Accessorizing with statement pieces, such as chunky jewelry or colorful hats, is common. British teens often express themselves through their clothing choices, creating unique and stylish looks.

Recycling[править | править код]

Recycling is an important topic. We are becoming more aware of environmental issues and the need to reduce waste. Many schools and communities in the world promote recycling programs to encourage responsible waste management. People participate in recycling initiatives by separating recyclable materials from general waste and ensuring they are properly disposed. Governments actively engage in campaigns and educational programs to raise awareness about the importance of recycling and its positive impact on the environment.
